- No. The Starter plan is completely free and requires no payment details. You only need to provide billing information if you upgrade to Team or Enterprise.
- What integrations are available now?
- Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mattermost, Jira, Redmine, GitHub, GitLab, Confluence, and Notion are available today. Discord, Linear, Asana, Bitbucket, SharePoint, Google Docs, and Salesforce are on the roadmap.
- Is Eve available for self-hosting?
- Self-hosted deployment is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact us and we'll walk you through the setup for your infrastructure.
- How does Eve handle sensitive company data?
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Eve respects the existing permission levels from your connected tools — users only see information they're already authorised to access. Your data is never used to train AI models.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can export your data at any time.
